Woods and Materials - Tenor Guitar

We use a variety of woods selected for their tone and beauty. Only the finest kiln-dried woods are used.

Our most common woods are mahogany, sapele, maple, koa and sitka spruce for the top and bracing. Other body and neck materials are available upon request.

The fretboard and peghead overlays are macassar ebony, other varieties are available upon request.

The bridge is made of macasser ebony and the nut is bone.

The Eclipse tailpiece is .125" solid brass and ebony.
